Warhorse Overland builds custom steel MOLLE panels for any setup. Choose your size, shape, cutouts, mounting-hole locations, and MOLLE pattern—we’ll turn your sketch into a laser-cut, powdercoated panel.

Built Your Way

• 11-gauge steel: Heavy-duty construction.
• Custom dimensions and shapes: Designs must fit within a 4′ × 8′ sheet.
• Four MOLLE patterns: Choose the layout that suits your setup.
• Custom cutouts and mounting holes: Design around existing hardware, access points, and obstructions.
• Seven powdercoat colors: Black, Grey, Red, Blue, Orange, OD Green, and Desert Tan. Other custom colors available by quote.

Sketch It. We Engineer It.

No CAD experience required.

1. Download the sketch template. Draw your panel outline and label its dimensions, cutouts, and mounting holes.
2. Submit your quote request. Upload your sketch and select your pattern, color, and quantity. Photos of the installation area are welcome.
3. Review your drawing and quote. We’ll prepare a dimensioned engineering drawing and pricing for your panel.
4. Approve and pay. Fabrication begins after drawing approval and payment.

Every panel is priced by quote based on size, design complexity, quantity, and finish.
