Steel tipper unit that encapsulates standard 7-gallon water containers (Wal-Mart/Amazon cheapo units) and tips the water container when in use. When not in use, the tipper secures the tank up-right for transport and easy filling. This is especially useful in colder temps because the outlet/nozzle of these tanks freeze if not stored up-right.
